NCR Road Advisories for the Coming APEC Leaders’ Meet

This coming November 18-19, 2015, the APEC Leaders' Meet will be held in Manila. The Philippine government has also announced the dates as special non-working holidays which means that most will be out and about the metro or on their way out of the country's capital for a quick holiday. Rerouting schemes will be put in place around Metro Manila so for those who plan to be on the road during these dates, be aware of the following road closures and advisories:
