The Capella Building is a new 17-storey, Class A building, located at Corner Asean Drive, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. It has been eyed as a promising BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) center because of its great location in a bustling metropolis in the south of Metro Manila, in Filinvest City of Alabang no less, where there is easy access to transportation, communication, and even entertainment services.
This structure is one of the three new buildings of the Innoland Development Corp., a Cebu-based real estate development firm behind the Capella Building, Aeon Center, and Polaris Building. The three developments are its main entrants to the stiff competition in land development in the area. Innoland Development Corp. has reportedly injected Php5.5 billion for the development of these three corporate towers and intends for these projects to be a precursor to more complex industrial projects, according to its chief operating officer Charles Ong.
With an estimated gross floor area of 21,472 sq m., gross leasable area of 18,100 sq m., and a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification and PEZA accreditation in the works, it will only be a matter of time until the Capella Building gains ground against its formidable competitors and becomes one of the sought after office developments in Alabang.
