Another landmark will rise at Bonifacio Global City. The 44-storey premium office tower will soon be part of the Fort Bonifacio skyline. The inauguration of Daiichi Properties' fourth office building in BGC, the Finance Centre, took place last June, and it's currently being developed under the collaborative design ideas of GENSLER and AIDEA, top firms that have worked on the interior design, architecture, and planning of various real estate projects and developments around the globe. High-End Architectural and Interior Design

The Finance Centre won't look just like any other high-rise building in the mixed-use urban block. The premium grade office tower will have a curved façade. With a mix of glass and aluminum composite panels, the curtain wall will give the landmark building a unique look and visual aesthetics of its own. Behind the delicate curves and intricate shape is a sturdy structure. The intricately designed structure, though very refined, is built to survive earthquakes and common damage. With a sustainable design, this building is aiming for LEED Gold certification.

The premium-grade office tower will have 31 levels dedicated to office space and will have a penthouse level and executive offices. On the ground floor and second floor, there will be retail outlets. It will house food and beverage chains and outfits on the 8th and employees. The office building will feature mechanical deck floors and will offer ample parking spaces (five basement parking levels and five podium parking levels).
