KMC Savills is truly proud to announce that three members of the Landlord Representation team--Anna Marco, Associate Director; Dianne Estacio, Assistant Manager; and Michael Glindro, Assistant Manager -- have successfully passed the LEED Green Associate Exam held last July 28, 2016.

With the rise of the demand for sustainable green buildings, having a LEED professional credential is important to signify that you're a leader in the field and an active participant in the green building movement.

"As part of our client commitment, we want our team to become knowledgeable real estate professionals who are up-to-date with the most current building principles and practices and capable of providing high-quality real estate advice." says Michael McCullough, KMC Savills Managing Director.

"Another commitment we have is to developing our human capital, employees are encouraged to make a commitment to lifelong learning. We love to invest in our employees, learning can never stop."

"I am very happy that Anna, Dianne, and Mike were successful in taking the first step towards achieving a LEED professional accreditation. I hope that their success inspires and encourages other employees to also work towards becoming a LEED professional."

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a rating system led by the US Green Building Council (USGBC). Since its launch in 2000, LEED has become the international standard for environmentally sound buildings, certifying hundreds of thousands of square feet per day.

Editor's Note: Upon passing the exam, Michael Glindro and Dianne Estacio were recently promoted to Assistant Managers.
