Manila, Philippines - Once again, KMC MAG Group-Savills took home a Five-Star Property Award, this time in the Real Estate Agency Marketing category in the 2016-2017 Asia-Pacific Property Awards held in Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur on the 8th of April, 2016.
"I am very proud of the great strides that KMC-Savills has achieved through the years, and this award is a testament of how far we have come in terms of the quality of the service we provide to our clients," said Yves Luethi, KMC-Savills Vice President for Project Marketing and Landlord Representation.
"Our team has gone to great lengths to satisfy our clients' requirements and we are proud to say that our efforts are starting to show impressive results. Through our powerful marketing capabilities, we were able to build our exclusive leasing agency portfolio within only a year and we are working hard to increase this further in the next few months."
According to Luethi, more than the recognition from the real estate industry, the team is more concerned on delivering strong growth and results to its clients. "Although we hope and look forward to continuing KMC-Savills' winning streak in the past four years, we are more committed to ensuring that our clients receive the best service and results possible."
KMC-Savills has been a consistent Asia-Pacific Property Awards awardee since 2012. The firm's other 5-Star awards ar ein the following categories: Property Consultancy in the Philippines, Real Estate Agency Philippines, and Real Estate Agency-Website.
The International Property Awards
The International Property Awards began in 1995 and evolved through a need to recognize and celebrate design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability in the real estate industry. Its regional counterpart, the Asia Pacific Property Awards is the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised program in the region.
As a Five-Star winner, KMC-Savills has the opportunity to continue to compete for the chance to be named 'Best in Asia' at the International Property Awards Final later this year.
