KMC Savills Welcomes Ava Daza

KMC Savills is pleased to welcome its newest Leasing Associate in the Sales team, Ava Daza.

Ava joined the team in August 2016, and will be contributing to the sales and marketing of projects undertaken by KMC Savills. "My job in the company is to help further boost KMC's visibility or presence to other organizations that we can help deliver value to."

With a range of experience working in real estate and marketing, Ava brings a wealth of expertise that will assist her in this role. "Having worked for Okada Manila's pre-opening property marketing team, I have been exposed to planning, preparation and execution of marketing events. I believe my experience in this role can give me a good perspective of bringing together property owners and potential tenants, as well as the software products we offer at KMC Savills."

An environment that cultivates learning and self-improvement are some of the characteristics Ava mentions when asked why she chose to work with KMC Savills. "Developing an expertise in sales is something I've come to realize can be useful in almost all life situations. I want to cultivate this skill for my own personal, as well as professional growth, specifically in this setting where we are able to bridge businesses to an optimal place where they can do business and thrive."  

Ava cited the growing opportunities in real estate and positive outlook of the market as the major factors that enticed her to join KMC Savills. "The opportunity offered was good and the outlook in the market is promising as well. I like how KMC has stayed relevant to its partners and clients by continuously innovating its products and services to deliver the most value. I am really looking forward to being a part of the growing needs and changes in the context of the Philippine real estate market."
