KMC Savills Welcomes Fred Rara

KMC Savills is pleased to welcome its newest Research Manager in the Research and Consultancy team, Fred Rara.

Fred joined the team in August 2016, and will be contributing to the creation of research reports and consultancy projects undertaken by KMC Savills.

 "My job is to deliver accurate and detailed data to clients that contains in-depth analysis that is catered to their bespoke requirements."

Fred has experience working with prominent real estate firms including Ayala Land and First Metro Securities. In his role at Ayala Land, Fred was involved with Business Development for projects in Mindanao, while at First Metro Securities, based in Makati, Fred was a property analyst who covered real estate companies.

With a wide range of experience working throughout the Philippines, Fred brings a wealth of experience that will assist him in his role. "Having worked for 6 years in real estate, I feel I have a good knowledge of the industry to bring to the role. I feel this is very important in a research and consultancy capacity as it will assist in me providing detailed and relevant analysis that is catered to the client's requirements."

A friendly office environment and a productive atmosphere are some of the characteristics Fred mentions when asked why he chose to work with KMC Savills. "A factor that stood out to me was the work culture. I have only been here for two months, but I feel that I have settled in very quickly. I found people to be friendly and welcoming, and it definitely feels like there is a pro-active diligent atmosphere in the office. Everyone pulls together and we work well as colleagues and friends."

He also highlighted the great opportunities to grow and make a difference in the real estate industry as other factors that enticed him to join KMC Savills.

"Working in this fast-moving sector, I feel that there's a lot of opportunity for growth. With so much investment in the Philippines, several investors and companies require consultancy projects to learn about the country's business and real estate environment. The real estate sector in the Philippines is rapidly expanding and this makes me feel that my work more useful and challenging."

Fred adds that he is looking forward to learning more about the fast-changing industry and contributing to the goals of KMC Savills.
