KMC Savills Welcomes Ivar Smulders

KMC Savills is pleased to welcome Ivar Smulders, its newest Manager for Asset Management & Advisory services to the Landlord Representation team. Ivar, based in Metro Manila, joined the company in September 2016.

In this role, Ivar is responsible for supporting Senior Management in tackling all facets of the business, from commercial office leasing, to end-to-end project management, marketing and business development and property research and consultancy reporting.

Ivar brings with him practical, hands-on industry experience having worked for prominent real estate investment firms in Asia. At Grosvenor Hong Kong, he served as an investment analyst, carrying out financial research and reporting on various high-profile property deals. In the Philippines, Ivar assumed the role of Commercial Leasing Head for Liger Capital Management, where he was responsible for closing corporate off-take deals / leasing out real-estate developments to multinationals operating in the region.
