Vertis North Corporate Center Tower 1 is a 19-storey grade A office building with a Gross Leasable Area of 40,694 sq m and a typical floor plate of 2,100 sq m. The 29-hectare mixed-use development offers a variety of commercial and residential spaces including upscale retail (Ayala Malls), a hotel, institutional landmarks, and parks. The corporate center will include two high-rise buildings situated on top of a retail mall, with a total of over 100,000 sq m of Gross Floor Area.
Vertis North Corporate Center Tower 1 will have 19 floors and parking available at the basement. The building will feature 100% back-up power and 2 major telecom lines. A LEED certification implies the application of eco-friendly technology in the building infrastructure and it is currently in the process of being PEZA registered.
A number of transportation hubs are within the area as the Vertis North complex will be located along EDSA and North Avenue and Quezon Avenue. It is conveniently located near MRT stations and bus terminals for ease of access.
