World-Class BPO Office Space: Vista Hub

Vista Hub, the 15-storey flagship BPO office building developed by Vista Land, offers 17,822.37 sq m of Gross Leasable Area along 21st Drive, East Forbes, just next to Essensa's residential tower. The building is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2016.

Vista Hub is designed to accommodate the most advanced requirements of BPOs and IT industries in the Philippines as well as firms that are planning to expand, consolidate, and relocate.

It is a 15-storey office building that consists of nine office floors for the use of IT and BPO offices with casual dining restaurants made available on the first two floors. Four levels and one basement will be used for parking while nearby public transportation routes can be easily accessed at 5th Avenue and Lawton. The location of this expansive business park will likely drive talents from Southern parts of Metro Manila such as Las Piñas, Parañaque, Laguna, Cavite, Muntinlupa, and others.

The building will be 24/7 operational and is built with 100-percent back-up power and reliable support facilities including high-speed elevators, up-to-date fiber-optic telecommunications backbone, and secured building monitoring system.

The P1.5-billion office development is housed in Vista City, a 1,500-hectare integrated urban development project of Vista Land and an upcoming business park in Bonifacio Global City. Following the work-live-play design of townships, Vista City will provide the ultimate convenience by building residential condos, offices, retail stores, casual dining restaurants, and other entertainment area and business facilities all in one area.
