DOTR to launch Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange by end of 2018

A one-stop hub of convenience will soon rise in the South of Metro Manila!

The Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange is an all-in-one structure that houses 3 intermodal terminals, retail, and office floors. This flagship project by the Department of Transportation will serve as the transfer point for provincial and in-city transportation, covering the busiest thoroughfares in EDSA, Baclaran, and Taft.

Located between Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard and CAVITEX, passengers can get direct access to a variety of in-city transportation such as jeepneys, buses, taxis, trains and other public utility vehicles. Aside from the seamless commute, it is set to become a retail and office building that will cater efficiently to both commuters and businesses.

Developed by MWM Terminals, Inc., PITX also houses state-of-the-art terminal facilities and amenities to service both passengers, and PUV operators and drivers. Convenience is truly key as they will soon launch a more efficient and improved centralized ticketing system, online bookings, public information displays and employ new terminal management systems.

PITX is also a retail hub that offers a wide selection of stores and merchants. It will soon house a supermarket, convenience stores, drug stores, bookstores, service centers and food stalls. Major banks and fashion brands are also expected to take spaces in the premier location.

Business can also choose to locate in PITX as it offers a total gross leasable area of 72,000 square meters and is currently processing its PEZA accreditation. Its open layout office spaces are currently in bare shell handover condition and feature a smooth cement floor finish with chilled water air-conditiong system and double-edged glass windows.
