Quezon City is now an emerging location for businesses and companies who want to capture the labor pool and market that will be coming from the North of Metro Manila. In fact, the city is named as among the top Philippine destinations for new businesses.

QC is also set to be the fastest growing property district in the Philippines by the end of this year, driven by continuous rise of infrastructure projects and of IT parks within the city. Numerous offshoring and outsourcing businesses choose to locate their offices in Quezon City, making it the second top BPO location in Metro Manila next to Makati. This year, it hosts a total of 104,407 agent seats.

Being the most populated city in Metro Manila, QC offers a larger talent pool as it is home to some of the major universities and colleges in the country.  It is also an ideal location for companies as commercial office spaces are available for lease on a lower rate compared to other CBDs in Metro Manila. As of 1Q 2019, the average lease rates for private offices for lease in Quezon City is atPhp.747.4 per sq m per month.

PPC One Estate, the commercial properties arm of the PPC Group, has recently held the topping off ceremony of the tallest office building in Quezon City, The Upper Class. This Grade A Office Tower will soon bring more Locators, BPOs & Multinationals closer to their North Luzon operations who are in search of private or commercial office space for lease.

"There is a significant demand for premium office space in the northern part of the metro, where the workforce is abundant - and we would like to fill that gap," Ronnie Co, president of PPC One Estate, told The Manila Times.

The 26-floor tower lies at the corner of Quezon Avenue and Scout Reyes in Diliman, Quezon City. It will offer agross leasable area of 24,006 square meters. Each level will have a floor area of 1,168.48 square meters.
