KMC Savills and Manta Equities, Inc. Secure Mary Grace as Pioneer Tenant of Manta Corporate Plaza, Arca South

BGC, Taguig | May 17, 2023 (Wednesday) — Manta Equities, Inc. held the ceremonial signing event between its premier office development Manta Corporate Plaza and homegrown Filipino brand Mary Grace Foods, Inc. for the latter's new office in Arca South. 

The successful signing ceremony was attended by Manta Equities, Inc. President Maria Patricia Z. Riingen and Mary Grace executives represented by Vice President for Business Development Adrian P. Dimacali. From a small business in their family home to 62 established cafes and 71 kiosks across Luzon, with more branches expected to rise within 2023, the famous cafe's founder Mary Grace Dimacali recalled their journey over the years.  

"Mary Grace started as a tiny seed in my home and through the years it has evolved into something bigger than myself and my small baking crew back then. Growth is a part of life, it brings new challenges as well as new discoveries about one's own strengths, capabilities, and potential! The new Manta office is one sign for me that Mary Grace as a business continues to grow and is seizing new opportunities! The new office will provide a bigger space that will enable the team to work better individually and collectively." said Dimacali. 

The new office, which will be located in Manta Corporate Plaza, will serve as the business's headquarters for the personal enrichment and development of its people. Through this move, Mary Grace aims to further streamline their support teams, maintain their operations, and provide a better experience for their customers.  

In a message of support, Manta Equities Inc. President Maria Patricia Z. Riingen said, “We congratulate Mary Grace on the signing of their lease contract for their new Mary Grace Academy. The completion of Mary Grace Foods, Inc.’s new office is set to close in 3Q of 2023.
