Client Requirement
ANZ provides a range of banking and financial products and services worldwide. Its core support division, Global Services and Operations is responsible for the global delivery of the company’s IT solutions and infrastructure, its back office operations and other services. Their headquarters in the Philippines is in need of a disaster recovery site to secure business continuity in cases when disruptive events, natural or a human induced disaster will occur.
Our Solutions
The client’s prerequisite includes 88 seats for its employees, located in a Grade A office space. KMC Savills presented lists of suitable office spaces for the client. And at the same time, also assisted ANZ by conducting researches in order for them to easily decide the most suitable and convenient space for their business. Following their decision, KMC assisted in drafting necessary documents and acted as an intermediary between the client and the lessor to reach amenable agreements.
Current Status
KMC Savills was able to provide for the client’s unique requirement. A disaster recovery site for ANZ was set up in Picadilly Star Building at the Bonifacio Global City.
