WWF is the world's largest and most experienced conservation organization, operating in over 100 countries through the support of nearly five million people worldwide. Their headquarters in the Philippines is established in 1997 and since then has successfully implemented various conservation projects. To assists their development, KMC Savills was hired to look for an office space of 1500 sq. ft. for the expansion of their marketing department.
Our Solutions
KMC Savills assisted the client by helping them in the identification and selection of options. Representing the client with all negotiations to the landlord, the company drafted strategic proposals to determine the best possible office space development in line with the client’s financial and market requirement.
Current Status
At present, WWF has their satellite office in 88 Corporate Center, Makati. KMC Savills was able to deliver real estate solutions in the best interest of the client.
