Capstone approached KMC Savills in August 2013 for assistance in valuation and marketing of the Five Islands project in Palawan, an exclusive private island resort development and Capstone's first project in the Philippines.
We were initially impressed with their knowledge of the market and their ability to react quickly to our requirements at short notice. A team was quickly sent for a site inspection and the resulting report exceeded our expectations in terms of complete and professional presentation of the data gathered by the team.
Amendments to the final report which were requested by our project funder were processed with equal efficiency and at no extra cost. In addition, KMC Savills has been helpful in introducing us to the local banking market in Manila.
