Gerard is KMC’s General Manager for Cebu. He is primarily in charge of spearheading leasing and sales in the Cebu market. With his knowledge of the different real estate markets and more than 10 years of experience in business development, project management, real estate leasing, and renewable energy, Gerard is highly skilled in negotiating with clients and closing real estate deals.
Prior to joining KMC, Gerard worked for Colliers International Philippines, Inc.,
Enerland Group, and Cebu Holdings, Inc. to name a few. Gerard is a graduate of
Ateneo De Manila University with a degree in Social Sciences, Major in European Studies, and a Minor in French Studies
