Joseph is KMC’s Senior Manager for Investments. As a licensed real estate broker who worked freelance from 2016 to 2020, he had valuable experience in handling all kinds of transactions for various clients including property acquisition and disposal, and commercial, residential, retail, and industrial leasing.
He is also a valuable part of the team in growing the company’s network of clientele. Joseph also has a background in marketing, advertising, project management, and sales. He has also participated in market research and analysis to improve strategy and client pitches.
Before joining KMC, Joseph has worked with other real estate firms in the Philippines.
