Joshua is KMC’s Associate Director for Research. With over 6 years of experience in real estate advisory, he has handled diverse accounts and provided studies and consultancy requirements for office, retail, residential, and hospitality asset classes in real estate.
He has a background in working with different sectors of real estate and has produced multiple project development and feasibility studies for property developers, landlords, and asset owners. Joshua is widely experienced in handling various advisory and consultancy requirements for the residential, retail, office, hotels, and serviced apartment asset classes in the Philippines and in Southeast Asia.
Joshua also excels in conducting market study and field research, highest and best use studies, site assessments and site selections, and in the overall development planning, design conceptualization, and theme recommendation.
He has earned a degree in Business Economics from the University of Santo Tomas and has worked with real estate services firms in the Philippines and Myanmar prior to joining KMC. Joshua is currently enrolled in the De La Salle University-College of St. Benilde for an executive diploma program for real estate management.
