One of the most anticipated office developments in the country is almost here.

Daiichi Properties celebrated another milestone as Gensler-designed World Plaza, one of the firm's award-winning developments, has installed its final steel beam at the 102 meter-mark. As in the tradition of construction projects, Daiichi held a topping off ceremeony last April 30, 2016. The 27-storey premium building will offer 32,753 square meters of leasable space upon its completion, which is slated to be within this 2016.

Take a look at some of the exciting features of this upcoming development:

Timeless Design for a Sustainable Environment

The timeless design of World Plaza utilizes a double glazed fully unitized curtain wall and insulated high performance glass that maximizes natural lighting for a more sustainable and healthy work environment.

The building has achieved above-standards structural performance and reliability, engaging MKA and Sy^2 to implement a performance-based evaluation, with special emphasis on the effects of earthquakes and wind.

World-Class Amenities and Facilities

There are 14 high-efficiency elevators, a VRV/VRF air-conditioning system, fiber optic backbone, and 100% back-up power.

With open, efficient, and column-free floor plates, tenants can create the ideal work environment, with unit areas ranging from 230 square meters to 1,648 square meters.

Ideal Location for Talent Access

Located along 5th Avenue, the building is within walking distance to major office and residential buildings, hotels and restaurants.
