Andy is the Executive Director for Occupier Services at KMC. With over 15 years of valuable experience in sales and account management, he spearheads all the company’s transactions involving managing office and commercial developments across the Philippines. He specializes in landlord representation, strategy development, and negotiations in real estate.
Over his career in corporate, residential, and industrial real estate, Andy has managed to lease out properties handled by notable developers and clients. He also leads the team in the execution of project marketing strategies and advisory, ensuring cost-efficiency and savings in business.
Prior to joining the company, Andy also gained experience from other local real estate firms where he led teams in closing deals, expanding its network, and working with some of the biggest companies, investors, property owners, and developers in the Philippines. He is also knowledgeable in quality assurance, process control, training, customer service’ self-assessment, and risk control.
