Nestor Timothy Sevilla is a Manager for the KMC Savills Landlord Representation team. As a Landlord Representation Manager, he excels in Tenant and Landlord Representation, asset disposals and acquisitions, serving the interests of property owners and tenants. With a proven track record in managing diverse real estate responsibilities, he has contributed to the successful facilitation of over 5,000 square meters of transactions. He also specializes in financial planning, negotiation, documentation, and real-time market updates for his clients.
Tim obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Export Management, from the De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde. Prior to his role in KMC Savills, he has also worked in a multinational real estate firm in the Philippines.
