Ria Angela C. Soliman is a Manager for the KMC Savills Landlord Representation Team. As a Landlord Representation Manager, Ria specializes in office lease transactions and relationship management in the Philippine real estate industry. She acts as a consultant to landlords, offering strategic recommendations for their property’s leasing terms, tenancy mix options, rate recommendations, and marketing strategies. Ria also has more than 6 years of experience as a Negotiator where she developed her strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ria obtained her Bachelor of Arts Major in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs degree at the De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde. Prior to her work at KMC Savills, she worked at a multinational real estate firm.
