David is the President of T1 Project Services. As a seasoned project manager, he is knowledgeable in design management and has extensive experience in construction management, on-site delivery, and client representation. He is also highly involved in all the project life cycles, from feasibility and design up to construction, and has in-depth knowledge of infrastructure in the commercial, corporate & hospitality property development sectors.
David also leads in design, construction, programming, Quantity Surveying, quality and cost management disciplines to successfully drive multiple civil/structural fit-out & MEPF projects to completion.
