Quirino “Ninoy” Teo is the Senior Director for Investments at KMC Savills. He is a licensed broker who has over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry. Throughout his career, Ninoy has accumulated extensive experience in handling commercial leasing and account management for several publicly listed developers. He has also been appointed as the ASEAN Campus Strategy Lead and Philippine Real Estate Portfolio Manager for a Fortune 50 company. Prior to his role in KMC Savills, Ninoy worked with multinational real estate firms, where he successfully transacted and managed more than 360,000 square meters and over PHP 30 billion worth of real estate deals.
