KMC MAG Group, Inc. is the winner of the prestigious The Asia Pacific Property Awards 2013-2014 for "Best Real Estate Agency-Philippines" and "Highly Commended Real Estate Agency Website" in the International Property Awards ceremony held on May 9-10, 2013 at the Shangri-La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

This is KMC's second time to be recognized by the International Property Awards. In 2012, the renowned award-giving body also named KMC as the "Highly Commended Best Real Estate Agency" in Asia-Pacific.

No one expected the award, according to Gerold Fernando, Senior Manager for Commercial Leasing and Sales. "I am very happy that we bagged the award. It was unexpected, especially because our competitors are older and bigger than our company."

For Yves Luethi, KMC's VP for Marketing and Operations, however, this success is simply a fruit of the team's effort to improve the company in the last 12 months. "We have come a long way since we won our first award last year. The company improved a lot, adding more experienced real estate professionals and new business lines, in addition to moving to a new headquarters." he stated.

Michael McCullough, KMC's Founder and Managing Director, lauded the team's efforts. "This is quite an achievement for a company like ours. It just goes to show that we've found the right people for our team. A big thanks to everyone who strived and worked hard to meet, even exceed their goals."

Winners of the International Property Award are considered to be the best in their respective regions. This honor is the highest mark of excellence in the property and real estate industry worldwide.

KMC MAG Group, Inc. is the only non-multinational company in the Philippines recognized by the International Property Awards. The company was only incorporated in 2009 by founders Gregory Kittelson, Michael McCullough, and Amanda Rufino Carpo.
