The Zuellig Building is a 33-storey office tower located on the highly accessible and very prime Makati avenue corner Paseo De Roxas. The building was developed by Bridgebury Realty Corp. in cooperation with both local and international design consultants, contractors, and developers. The building had its groundbreaking ceremony back in 2009 and was completed recently in 2012.

The Zuellig Building is also the first high rise in the country to be certified gold by the US Green Building Council for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) as well as the first 21st-century Premium Grade office building in the country. The building was also recognized by French-based property development awards body Mipim as one of the top three in Best Office and Business Developments around the globe. The building and its developers placed high value on the building's greenness and have ensured throughout its construction that the building be energy efficient and environmentally friendly through significant investments in quality materials. Some of these investments include a full-length glass curtain wall, a high-efficiency HVAC system, a rainwater collection system, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and landscaped grounds such as green terraces and a sky garden for the building's tenants and guests.

Some of the building's impressive features include an 11-meter high lobby in glass, marble, and wood as well as a total of 21 elevators that are dedicated to specific zones in the building in order to limit crowding and move lobby traffic efficiently. Also, the building boasts of an all-glass façade and open, column-free floor plates that allow for a better use of commercial office space. The building also has five floors of parking, more than adequate for the building's tenants and guests.
