One West Campus is a five-storey, Grade A building located at the McKinley West township of Fort Bonifacio. With a typical floor plate size of 2,242 sq. m. and a gross leasable area of 9,473 sq. m., this office building is eyed to help accommodate the influx of demand for office spaces for lease in the area.
It is just one of the six campus-type office towers built by the property developer Megaworld Corporation. They aim to focus on campus-type buildings "which have higher efficiency floor plates, easy access to office floors via internal staircases and branding rights for whole building occupiers," said Megaworld Senior Vice President Jericho Go. The six buildings will have a collective office space area of 60,000 sq. m. on the 34.5-hectare McKinley West.
Because of the declaration of erstwhile President Aquino of McKinley West being a special economic zone for information technology under the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), this LEED-registered tower offers incentives such as income tax holidays and duty free importation of capital equipment, among others, to business owners and investors operating within it, as well as the surrounding business district.
