KMC-Savills Welcomes Daniel Lynch

KMC-Savills is thrilled to welcome its newest Associate Director, Dan Lynch.

Dan joined the team in February 2016, after having worked for the Corporate Agency & Brokerage team at CBRE Philippines. In CBRE, he received a well-rounded learning experience while being active in Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, Workplace Solutions and Change Management. Thanks to his wide range of experience and background, Dan is able to navigate the industry with in-depth knowledge and a holistic understanding of what clients need.

Dan has received mentoring from some of the industry's best and with their guidance, he decided to specialize in Tenant Representation.

"My main responsibility is to really ensure that my clients get the best deal possible; and given the client feedback and repeat business I've received, I think I've been pretty successful at that."

Dan has indeed been successful over the years, handling office space negotiations for a range of high profile clients such as Baker McKenzie, Uber, TaskUs, and Nielsen. He has demonstrated a knack for being able to understand the needs of local and international clients alike.

Always ready to go the extra mile, Dan has gained the trust of his clients, something he intends to continue to do at KMC-Savills.

Dan says, "My goal is to be a trusted advisor to my clients, to work wholly in their best interest to ensure that any decision taken on the basis of a recommendation made by me is the right decision for their business,"

With this, Dan states that a good side effect is being able to hit his revenue targets and make sure his bosses are satisfied with his performance.
