KMC Savills Welcomes Hershey Valerie Origenes

KMC Savills is pleased to welcome its newest Assistant Manager in Landlord Representation and Project Marketing, Valerie Origenes.

Valerie joined the team in August 2016, and will be contributing to the creation of effective marketing strategies and assist in property management objectives for some of BGC most prestigious developments.

"My job is to make sure KMC Savills reaches the right audience and that we positon our clients in an optimal way, where their developments are able to reach the right people at the right time," says Valerie.

Valerie has previously worked with prominent architecture firms such as W.V Coscolluela & Associates and Casas + Architects. She was involved with ocular site inspections, assistance of the conceptual and the technical analysis of assigned projects. Most recently, she worked with Rockwell Land Corporation's in-house sales and marketing team. During her time with Rockwell, she was assigned to their flagship development Proscenium, a premium residential development with world-class amenities located in the prestigious Makati area. Valerie handled the transactions for units ranging from 33 to 380 sqm, averaging Php 200,000/sqm.

With a wide experience in working for various industry leaders, Valerie brings full knowledge and understanding of best practices in real estate, which includes proper selection of office location. "Having worked with architectural firms, the first thing I noticed about KMC Savills was their office space. It was spaciously designed with a very light and uplifting atmosphere." Valerie goes on to comment on how she instantly got the feeling that the KMC Savills culture was different from what you typically find in the industry.

She also highlighted KMC's remarkable market research, and cited it as one of the best reports she's seen in the industry. "When I was gathering data for my thesis in Strategic Management, I needed solid industry data and actually ended up using KMC Savills market research, which I found to be the most detailed and reliable."

Cultural diversity, a real opportunity to grow with the company and the ability to affect how the company develops are just some of the unique characteristics she mentioned when asked why she chose to work in KMC Savills.

"You call really tell why the company has been able to grow so quickly. KMC seems to have been able to combine an energetic youthfulness with solid corporate policies in how it operates." 

Valerie adds that she is looking forward to learning more about the industry, company and its operations.

"My goal is to find new ways to improve the company's strategies and client value proposition. "
