KMC Savills and Colliers International will manage the leasing transactions for Felina Corporate Plaza. These leading real estate consultancy firms in the country recently entered into a co-landlord agreement for one of the creative hubs located in Eastwood, Quezon City.

KMC Executive Director for Investor Services Melo Porciuncula and Landlord Representation Associate Director Chris Ting are present during the contract signing, alongside Colliers International Director for Landlord Representation Andrew Gomez. Representing Felina Corporate Plaza are its CEO Lee Imperial, President Joey Luna, and General Manager Dondi Gaite.

Imperial stated that they factored in the impressive work synergy of both KMC and Colliers in their co-landlord decision. “We like the idea of utilizing the joint forces of KMC and Colliers that service a vast array of businesses across many industries. Based on the firms’ success with projects in other properties, KMC and Colliers were able to deliver on what they promised,” he said.

Porciuncula assured that the same success will be translated for Felina Corporate Plaza. He stated, “It’s always good to have an extra pair of hands to ensure project success. We, in KMC, are happy to deliver the vision behind Felina with our friends from Colliers.”

Colliers’ Gomez also expressed his hope that Eastwood will continue to become a primary location for outsourcing firms given its long history with the said sector. “Being a PEZA-registered building is definitely an advantage for Felina in light of the government’s recent directive that halts the approval of ecozone applications in Metro Manila. We encourage tenants looking to avail of PEZA incentives to lock in space in Felina,” he said.

KMC and Colliers both share the vision that the boutique property management firm has for its estates. Felina Corporate Plaza President Joey Luna highlighted the importance of having a shared vision as they aspire to “maintain a level of intimacy and familiarity with our tenants who have direct access to us.”

KMC Associate Director Chris Ting also added that Felina promotes creativity and innovation through its well-maintained facilities and vibrant interiors. “It is the place for businesses who share the concept of collaboration and growth,” he cited.

Felina Corporate Plaza is a 12-storey building that provides energetic workspaces equipped with state-of-the-art technology. With Felina’s creative and innovative thrust, it engaged top design firms such as the Almario sisters for its lobby, and Manam who designed their office spaces with elegance and stability in mind.

The building will offer the whole floor for office use on the 11th floor. Following the move towards flexible workspaces, seat leasing options will also be available in One Luna located on the 7th floor.

Gomez added, “Firms looking for plug-and-play offices should also consider Felina. This is important for both outsourcing and non-outsourcing tenants that intend to start immediately.”
