KMC, Insular Life renew partnership in exclusive leasing of Insular Life Corporate Centre Alabang

Insular Life has renewed its partnership with KMC as the sole leasing agency for its two-tower commercial development, Insular Life Corporate Centre-Alabang.

Following a very successful collaboration in fully leasing Insular Life Makati, the Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. has tapped the country’s biggest real estate brokerage and consultancy firm to spearhead leasing activities and engagements for the premium grade, PEZA accredited office development.

“We are excited to partner with KMC again. After a successful collaboration in 2018, we have tapped them for the exclusive leasing of Insular Life Corporate Centre Alabang. We are confident that this partnership will bring both companies to greater heights,” Hector Caunan, First Vice President and Head of Insular Life’s Real Property Division expressed.
